Tags
Introduction
Tags allow you to categorize and store your certificate templates. One or more tags can be assigned to each of your templates by an administrator.
Filter by tag
As a user, you can decide to display only :
- templates that respond to tags from the "Templates" view
- campaigns whose templates respond to tags from the "Campaigns" view
To do this, click on the "Tags" button provided for this purpose from the "Templates" or "Campaigns" view, then select the desired tags.
Create and assign tags to templates
Tips
The tag creation and assignment functions are only accessible to users with an "Administration" profile.
To create and assign tags to templates, go to the "Administration" view and select "Tags". Then click "Add Tag" or select a tag and click "Assign".
Delete a tag
Tips
The tag deletion function is only accessible to users with an "Administration" profile.
To delete a tag, select a tag in the administration and click on "Delete tag".
Remove tags from templates
Tips
Only users with an "Administration" profile can remove a tag from a template.
To remove a tag from a template, click on the cross to the right of the tag under the relevant template from the "Templates" view.
