Tips

For a better follow-up of your requests, please use the support request form integrated to the BCdiploma application.

Via the dedicated form

In the BCdiploma application, click on "Help" at the top right of the screen, then on the "Contact us" button at the bottom right of the screen. In the contact form, you can :

  • Ask a question related to the use of the solution or propose an evolution;
  • Report an anomaly or an incident in the application;
  • Contact the sales department, for example to obtain information on premium features or to obtain additional certificates.

To do this :

  • Select the nature of your request;
  • Indicate the subject of your request;
  • Describe your request in detail. For example, if you want to report a bug, describe as precisely as possible the process for replicating the bug;
  • Attach attachments if necessary (e.g. screenshots, data files, etc.).

Click on the "Send" button. An acknowledgement of receipt containing a support ticket number will be sent to you and a reply will be given as soon as possible. For an optimal follow-up, this ticket number will be present in all communications relating to your request.
