Reports

The reports allow you to view the issue history of the certificates, perform searches and launch emailing. Retention of data in the BCdiploma application is optional and is available for operational purposes. You can access to:

  • the report of a distribution campaign from the email confirming the publication of a campaign or from the campaigns screen ("View report" button)
  • the history of all issues of a template from the template screen and the menu item "View all certificates".

Indicators

The reports include the following general indicators:

  • their date or period of publication
  • the number of active certificates and the number of published certificates (the difference corresponding to certificates deleted since their issue)

Actions

Each certificate in a report has the following indicators:

  • Its issue status (Published / Expired / Deleted / Disabled)
  • Its distribution status by email (Not sent / Sent)

For each certificate published, the following actions are available individually:

  • PDF export
  • the copy of the link of the certificate in the clipboard
  • view the link

Export

Reports can be exported to Excel:

  • fully if no line is selected
  • partially when lines are selected

PDF export

The PDFs of the certificates can be exported in bulk. After selecting the certificates for which you want to generate the corresponding PDFs, you will be able to download them in bulk via a secure link that will be sent to you by email.

Warning

The PDFs of the certificates are sent in a password-protected archive. This password can be found in the first of the 2 emails that are sent to you following your export request.

For security reasons, this archive must be decompressed using a compatible unzipper such as 7-Zip. The Windows built-in tool is not compatible.
